In the menu there is a collection of chilled premium steaks from meat and fish, seafood, signature burgers, seasonal side dishes and 100% natural sauces. Almost every dish contains products or components cooked on a lava grill, which is on the main stage in the open kitchen of the restaurant.
The use of lava grill allows to cook juicy dishes without adding oil, but with a unique rich flavor and smoky aroma. The technology of cooking on volcanic stones will be appreciated first of all by those who care about their health and prefer to combine the benefits of food with aesthetic pleasure.
In RFR GRILL dishes are cooked by a professional team of chefs with WTC brand chef Mikhail Kuznetsov and creative chef Maksim Savelyev in head. Thanks to the open kitchen RFR GRILL, guests of the restaurant can not only enjoy the subtlest flavors of cooking while waiting for their order, but also watch the virtuoso and well-coordinated work of the cooks.
The restrained modern style of the interior creates an additional comfort and a pleasant atmosphere conducive to unhurried communication and rest. The live piano performance in the evening hours on weekdays (19 PM – 22 PM) is another bright bonus to your palette of pleasant impressions.
Located in the lively Atrium of Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC hotel, the 24/7 BAR24 has long been a convenient place for business meetings of WTC Moscow visitors and a favorite rest spot for hotel guests. Here you can stay just for a few minutes and have a cup of coffee over a morning newspaper or TV news, or you can stop for a full meal or a substantial dinner.
To make the place as comfortable and cozy as possible, the interior of BAR24 was completely renovated in April 2019.
Updates also touched the bar concept. The extensive wine list and the traditional selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages were added with an interesting collection of Raf-coffee, as well as fresh variations of long drinks.
The main menu of BAR24 is presented in a full-fledged restaurant format: from traditional light snacks, bruschettas, Black Angus signature burgers to borscht with pampushkas, tom yum and an extensive line of hot fish and meat dishes, including the most selective flavors. Maxim Savelyev, the chef of RFR GRILL restaurant, is responsible for the menu here. BAR24 dessert card is represented by a collection of pastries and branded sweets that perfectly rhyme with hot drinks and coffee raffs, as well as sparkling wines.
In Lobby bar of the Club building of Crowne Plaza Moscow WTC you will find a large selection of original author’s dishes and desserts. The interior design of Lobby Bar is made in light colors and styled as a jazz lounge of the early 20th century.
